For over 20 years, WTM has helped companies cross borders. This program exists to do the same for people. For a few months, you won't study global business: you'll live inside it.
Our purpose is to encourage people and companies to be global, to expand their horizons and create opportunities in new markets. This year, we are going further: being global is no longer only a commitment to our clients. It is a mission for ourselves.

No simulations. No coffee runs. From week one, you're inside real cross-border operations.
You'll touch live operations: payments, compliance, international taxation, moving between Brazil, Latin America, North America, Europe and the Middle East. The problems are real, the clients are real, and so is your part in solving them.
Portuguese, Spanish and English in the same room. You'll work side by side with colleagues and clients from different countries, and bring your own culture to the table. Immersion isn't a perk of this program, it is the program.
Interns step into the international business community: global talks, innovation hubs, internationalization stories told by the founders who lived them.
You'll be mentored by professionals who run global operations, and trusted with real responsibility. Here, interns aren't shadows. They're part of the team.

You're a university student. This is an internship program, for students only.
You're curious about how global business actually works. Payments, taxes, compliance and expansion.
You can communicate in English. Portuguese and Spanish are a plus, not a requirement.
You want to live it on-site. In Brazil or at one of our international units.
