Before we meet

A few questions, answered.

Why do I have to request an invitation?

The room holds about 30 executives, and the value of the day comes from who is in it. Reviewing requests lets us keep the audience focused on leaders of technology companies with real plans for Latin America.

Is there a cost to attend?

No. Attendance is complimentary for approved guests, including the welcome drink and meal.

When will I know if my request is approved?

The WTM team reviews requests on a rolling basis and replies by email. Seating is limited, so earlier requests have the best chance of approval.

Where exactly is the event, and is there parking?

Fogo de Chão, 200 Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78701, United States, on Monday, October 26, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Austin local time. Parking details will be shared with approved guests. Open in Google Maps

Can I bring a colleague?

Each guest needs an approved request. Ask your colleague to submit their own, and mention their name in your request so we can review them together.

Is this a sales presentation?

The conversation is educational and built around the questions US companies bring to us most often. The WTM team is available afterward for anyone who wants to talk about their specific situation.
