Welcome to the WTM International environment. 

We are making this Notice public in order to provide transparency regarding the processing of personal data collected through our websites, landing pages, events, blog, and content produced by us through other dissemination tools, such as social networks.

We offer services and solutions in the import and export of services, providing complete management of Cross Border Payments, Compliance, Pricing, Negotiation and International Taxation, simplifying and consolidating exports and imports of services and software and bringing practicality to tax transactions.

In fulfilling this mission, we are aware of how important your privacy is, and therefore we handle your personal data with great responsibility. 

This Privacy Notice, in accordance with the provisions of personal data protection laws, aims to provide transparency on how the personal data of visitors to our websites, landing pages, blog, and other dissemination tools is handled, in order to prevent any loss, alteration, theft, or any other form of use that is not in accordance with this Notice.

2. What are your rights?

Rights of Personal Data Holders . Regarding your personal data, you have the following rights:

1. The right to restrict the processing of your personal data, which you can obtain when you contest the accuracy of the data, when the processing is unlawful, when the website no longer needs the data for the proposed purposes, when you object to the processing of the data, and also in the case of processing unnecessary data;
2. Right to object, at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you, and may also object to the use of your personal data for profiling – defining a marketing profile;

Principles for the processing of Personal Data. We further guarantee that the processing of your personal data will observe the following principles:

• Data minimization: the user’s personal data will be collected in an appropriate, relevant and limited manner to what is necessary for the purpose for which it is processed;
• Limitation of purposes: the user’s personal data will only be collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, and may not be processed subsequently in a way that is incompatible with those purposes;

3. What data and information do we collect and for what purpose?

All your data collected and/or provided through our websites, landing pages, registration pages, blog and other pages related to WTM Internacional will comply with the provisions of data protection laws, as well as this Privacy Notice, and will be treated as confidential, using them only for the purposes set forth herein and/or authorized by you.

Personal Data . The Personal Data processed by WTM International may include:

• Contact information , such as full name, email address, and phone number;
• Professional information , such as job title, name of the company where the holder works or maintains a professional relationship, company CNPJ (Brazilian tax ID) and company name, company website, company sector, and the company’s main IT challenge;
• Access information , such as browsing history, interaction with content, and page views;
• Information about email access , such as email opening dates, click-through rates, and interaction with inbox content;
• Navigation and device information , such as IP address, access dates and times, device information, cookie data;

Personal Data Holders . We process the Personal Data of certain categories of people – Personal Data Holders. This means that our Data Holder (“You”) may fall into one or more of these categories, which we divide into: (a) Visitors, (b) WTM International Leads and (c) Users. 

• Visitors are those holders of Personal Data who visit or access the websites or pages of WTM Internacional;
• WTM International Leads are potential WTM International customers, i.e., Personal Data Holders who, representing a company, (i) have interacted or are interacting with WTM International’s content and materials or have in some way agreed to receive our content, such as by downloading an ebook, subscribing to a newsletter, and other situations involving the dissemination and promotion of our Services; or (ii) have had their Personal Data shared with WTM International through Partners, such as in the case of content production with co-marketing strategies, participation as speakers at events, or sponsorship of events. 
• Users are those Personal Data Holders who possess access credentials to one or more of WTM Internacional’s solutions, such as, for example, Kombinations or Importax. Information on how the personal data of Users who use the Platforms is processed and relevant information to ensure due transparency, including how users can exercise their rights, is provided in the respective Privacy Notices of the Platforms.

3.1 Leads WTM International

Treatment and Purpose . WTM Internacional collects and processes Personal Data when the Data Subject contacts us or provides their data via email, web form, instant message, telephone, or through interactions with post content, as well as through other means made available by us. This processing includes the purposes of enabling us to respond to your request, sending email communications that we believe may be useful to you, promoting our Services, and, if you express interest, selling our Services, i.e., contacting you to present a commercial proposal.

WTM Internacional may also receive personal data from WTM Internacional customers through partners, such as in the case of content production with co-marketing strategies, event sponsorship, and customer referrals.

Eventually, we may use your data for purposes not foreseen in this Notice, but these will be within your legitimate expectations. Any use of your data for purposes that do not meet this prerogative will be done with your prior authorization.

The data collected by WTM Internacional may be shared with other Partner companies – in the case of content or landing pages created in collaboration with a Partner or in the case of events sponsored by Partners – or with companies that may emerge and form an economic group with WTM Internacional, or advertisers, sponsors, as well as dissemination tools and performance analyses, always respecting this Privacy Notice. By submitting your data to our websites, you agree to this type of use.

The content of any websites you access from WTM Internacional is outside of our control, and the data processing employed by us is not within our purview. Access to and use of such sites is at your own risk.

Treatment and purpose . When you access and browse WTM Internacional’s websites, we may collect and process some personal data in order to enable your access to our websites and to improve our marketing and promotional strategies for our Services, so that our communication through the websites and contact with you is always developing.

Some of the personal data collected, especially that collected through cookies or entered into marketing and sales platforms for the management of WTM Internacional, may be stored in locations outside of Brazil. Therefore, international transfer of data collected through our website may occur.
