To interpret it, just think that, in the last publication, it was added: for activities such as “expenses with market research, as well as rent and leasing of stands and places for exhibitions, fairs and similar gatherings abroad, including promotion and advertising within the scope of of these events, for Brazilian products and services and for the promotion of Brazilian tourist destinations” and “contracting services aimed at promoting Brazil abroad, by bodies of the Federal Executive Branch” reduce the income tax rate to zero, it will be necessary to register in the Federal Government system.
